Telecommunications Engineering & Installation experience in Microwave
Tower engineering and installation, cable installation repairs, testing,
troubleshooting, and training technical personnel. Areas of technical
expertise have ranged from inside and outside plant copper CAT-5/6/6E and
Fiber Optic cable applications SIPR/NIPR/CENTRIX, as well as interior
building coaxial wireless Antenna installation, coaxial analog/digital CATV
and High Speed Data installation and testing in commercial and residential
environments. Well Versed with EIA/TIA 802.3 and NEC codes and standards.
Extensive Fiber Optic cable installation/ repair experience, with splicing
and testing for all vendor types and fiber applications. 20 years of
supervisory experience for as many as 40 junior team members, and provided

provisioning Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) infrastructure and ancillary

Dump Trucks and Rock-Saw equipment. Installed and assisted with placement of
Pre-form /Coyote Splice enclosures and termination and fusion using
Fujikura40S/50S of SM/MM Fiber and ST/SC 3M hot melt connectors and Corning
Unicam ST/SC/MT-RJ/LC/FC connectors. Placement and splicing of copper cable
utilizing 3M 710 splicing equipment and testing with 3M 965 and
1200/1800Fluke cable analyzer, JDSU, Exfo OTDR.. Provides QC and baseline
documentation.

year I have managed 47 projects for expansion of the Manas Transit Center
with over 50,000 feet of fiber optic cable, 37,000 feet of copper telephone
cable, 23,000 feet of CAT V data cables, and installed over 43,000 feet of
Manhole/Conduit systems. This has provided critical infrastructure to allow
the Transit Center to process up to 6,000 troops passing through on
sustained rotations to Afghanistan, provided a wider capability for TASS
camera systems and sensors monitoring security across the installation. I
have also worked on providing connectivity to the DTACAN radar site to
